Q. I want to place an order for local delivery for my fur baby AND ship a bag of treats for my friend’s dog. How do I do this?
A. Ah! Your friend will love you! You will need to place two separate orders, one with all the items to be locally delivered to you and a second order that will ship to your friend.
Q. Where do you ship?
A. At this time, we only ship within Texas.
Q. When do you ship and how long does it take?
A. We ship on Monday and Tuesdays via UPS. Since we only ship in Texas it usually is 1-3 days. We ship on those days, so your treats will arrive by Friday, barring any unusual Texas weather or logistic issues with UPS.
Q. I placed my order on Monday, will it ship the same day?
A. Since Monday and Tuesdays are dedicated to shipping, we do not bake. Your order will be shipped the following week.
Q. Do you make treats that are peanut butter free?
A. Unfortunately, not at this time.
Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. We are working on a wholesale program. Send us a bark and we will send the information when it launches.
