Q: What ingredients do you use?

A: For our fresh & delicious treats we use high quality human ingredients including rolled oats, 100% peanut butter, pumpkin, banana, blueberries, unsweetened apple sauce, carrots. The ingredients for the PUPcakes are the same; however, we may egg, baking powder and soda, maple syrup. We use plant based powders for coloring including: beet powder, butterfly pea powder, turmeric, spinach powder, carob. All safe ingredients for dogs and no added sugar, no preservatives, no artificial colors or flavors.

Q: I am sending a gift or I subscribed, but dog doesn’t like it? Is there a refund for the month or subscription if I want to cancel?

A: To date, we have not been notified that a dog didn’t like the treats. Unfortunately, it may happen. The next month, within the subscription period, we will send different flavors. We appreciate your business; however, we do not offer refunds for the month or remainder of the subscription period. We are happy to re-direct your gift/subscription for the remainder of the subscription period to one of the local dog rescue shelters. Just let us know.

Q: My box arrived with the treats crushed. What should I do?

A: The great news is this doesn’t happen very often. We will be happy to replace the treats under the following conditions. Send us an email to gigi@auntiegigisdogtreats.com with this request.  Send multiple pictures of the shipping box and treats. 2. Return unopened package (we will provide the address at this time.) You will need to pay for the return shipping and it is non-refundable. Upon receipt, we will send you a replacement at no charge.

Q: We have peanut allergies. What are our options?

A: We can make peanut butter free dog treats; however, we do make them in the same facility. While we work hard to not cross-contaminate peanuts, our facility is not dairy or nut free. We do have different sets of baking dishes and wash separately, but you will need to make the decision to purchase.

Q: I am trying to ship to Kansas (any state beside Texas), but it has a message it is unable to be delivered out of Texas, why?

A: There are rules that we must follow regarding dog treats and we cannot ship out of Texas.to
